Some times we’re lucky to run into a neighbor at the post office, or the school, or the Cottage Inn and catch up on local news and share a story. Other times we’re busy in our lives and wondering, what’s going on in Kila? The Kila community is spread out to include both sides of Highway 2, reaching from Rogers Lake to Haywire Gulch to Browns Meadow, and all of the tucked away draws in between. The time has come for a community website for long-timers and newcomers alike to exchange information, tell others about your Kila business, announce community events, and share a story. We are just beginning. In the next few months we will be changing things around as we receive more information and feedback from Kila residents on how this website can best serve the community.
